Today I’m showing you a fun game that will be the hit of your family reunion, campout, etc. My kids had a blast and not just because there was lots of candy involved!
Supplies:
- t-shirt
- lots of wrapped candy
- glue gun & glue
- cardboard
- somebody with a fun personality and lots of energy!
Directions:
- Place a piece of cardboard inside the t-shirt (this helps the front from being glued to the back)
- Start gluing on candy. Tip – you only need a small amount so the children can easily tear the pieces of candy off of the shirt. 3. Glue to the front and back! Stick your hand in the shirt to make sure the t-shirt doesn’t stick to the cardboard. Oh, and don’t forget to do the sleeves!
How to Play…
Make a designated area that all children and runners stay inside of. Give the runner a head start and let the children go crazy chasing and grabbing the candy!! It will be the hit of the party!
Tip: You can do more than one shirt for older kids and one for younger kids!
We’re having a big family reunion party next month and I want to show you some more fun games and ideas that you might not have heard of before…
What you need…
Grab a large tarp and cut random squares or circles (reinforce the edges with tape to make it last for other parties). Hang tarp between two trees, poles or wooden sticks. Fill a large bucket with water and sponges!
How to play…
The person to get the most sponges inside the squares wins!
What you need…
Two construction or soccer cones. Two beach balls.
How to play…
Divide into two teams. Each player has to balance the ball on top of the cone and race to the line and back. If you drop the ball you have to start over and no touching the beach ball with your face or hands! The team who finishes first wins!
What you need…
6-8 hula hoops and 1 pool noodle. Cut the pool noodle in half and place into the ground.
How to play…
The player who gets all hula hoops onto the noodles first wins!
What you need…
10 pool noodles, duct tape, and metal poles. Take 6 of the noodles and tape them together into a circle. Tape the circles together to look like the above picture. Attach to the outside noodles on the metal poles.
How to play…
Two players get a chance to throw their pool noodle through the hoops! The first player to do this wins! You might also like our fun Olympic games!
